FIREHORSEFX LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") provides the Guitar Effects Builder app. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information you enter

The app lets you enter information about pedal designs, parts, inventory, builds, serial numbers, costs, sales, customers, and artists. This information is stored locally on your device. We do not receive, collect, or store it on our servers.

Purchases

If you purchase the Pro version, the transaction is processed by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Google handles purchase information according to the Google Privacy Policy.

Reports and sharing

The app can create PDF reports from information you have entered. A report leaves the app only when you choose to save, export, or share it. You are responsible for deciding where it is sent and for protecting any personal or commercially sensitive information it contains.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the information you enter in the app with advertisers or other third parties.

Data retention and deletion

Your app data remains on your device until you delete it using the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Any exported files must be deleted separately from the location where you saved or shared them.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Because app information is stored on your device, its security also depends on the security of your device and any backups you use. No storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
